QA/QC Introduction

The most important factor in the whole producing activity-quality is the key part of the management and competition, our factory has strict quality guarantee system, perfected productive system, fast quality feedback system and perfected management system, in order to produce a superior quality product suitable for its intended use with regard to functionality, structural integrity, and conformance to established industry standards and practices is the policy and objective of our quality assurance system. We established a rigorous test procedure. From selection and verification of raw materials to application testing, our factory carries out practicing and managing staff emphasis practicing to set up overall quality management of "reorganization and arrangement?as a fact, we kept a relatively high process capability Cpk of 1.33, with a product pass rate of 99.9%, equivalent to 5 Sigma quality level, moreover we have passed the certification of ISO9000:2000, and are applying for QS9000 certification. We believe our prefect QC-system and management give the customer the best guarantee and longest belief.
