This ultrasonic cleaning line for permanent magnetic materials and permanent ferrite magnet is based on the characteristics of magnetic materials industry, the machine has the following characteristics: 

The equipment features compact structure, can be connected under grinder, but also independent, the work table and bake road are produced by high-quality stainless steel, smooth and stable transmission.Its transmission belt uses special flake stainless steel mesh belt, has long service life, adjustable speed (VVVF) and repairable.

Ultrasonic cleaning  process adopts both upper and lower radiation technology, the increased regional ultrasonic power and ultrasonic length makes cleaning effect more evident.

Recyable hot air drying, automatic drying temperature control and energy conservation. Cleaning and drying process can be completed at one time, so the finished products can be directly packaged.
