Flexible self-adhesive magnetic strip is widely used for exhibitions or trade fairs. Self-adhesive magnetic strips are attached on the pop-up exhibition stands, truss display system and portable exhibition stands, through using magnetic strips, you can convert non-magnetic visuals into movable magnetic displays. The adhesive side sticks to paper, cardboard, wood, plastic or metal. The magnetic side clings to any iron-based or steel surface. Magnetic adhesive strips are ideal for signs, displays, artwork, posters, logos and exhibitions.

ADHESIVE OPTIONS

Water-based adhesive: Water-based adhesive adopts water as a solvent to emulsify acrylic resin or polyurethane through special equipment. It has many varieties and is environmental protective (No or less VOC contained) and low priced. However, PU can not retain adhesive under high temperature and it is dried easily in cold weather.

Oil-based adhesive: Oil-based adhesive adopts oily solvent (toluene, DMF, butanone) to dissolve polyurethane or acrylic, it has better adhesive feature than water-based adhesive and good adhesive retained under hot or cold environment.

3M 9080: High-performance Non-Woven Double coated acrylic adhesive tape, good solvent resistant, pressure-sensitive adhesive for use with magnetic strip material.

3M 9448: Thickness 0.150 mm with liner thickness 0.130 mm. Solvent resistance, shear adhesion and HSE. Use for general industrial joining, foam and rubber lamination.

Tesa 4965: Thickness 0.205mm, PET based high-performance Non-Woven double coated acrylic adhesive tape, fine solvent resistance, transparent, good shear resistance under both high and low temperature, fine ageing-retardant. It takes a strong adhesion to PP/PC/PET and foam materials and suitable for every material including the surface of LSE materials.

Vinyls: Flexible Magnetic Strips with vinyls. White vinyl is standard. Red, orange, yellow, gold, black, blue, green, and silver vinyls are also available for larger custom runs.

We can also make magnetic strips according to your requirements with other types of double coated tapes adopted. Strip is available in stock or custom widths, thicknesses and lengths.
