The magnetic drum separator is a wet low intensity separator with higher magnetic field, which uses new type magnetic road structure and its drum surface magnetic induction strength is far higher than general magnetic drum separators, so may obtain tailing grade lower.
This drum magnetic separator may be equipped with semi-counter-flow, counter-flow and downstream tanks, and equipped with double-drum or three drums according to customer's requirements.
It has advanced structure, lightweight, reliable operation, and convenient for maintenance.
There are two kinds of magnetic field, one is rotate type and the other is fixed type.
The fixed type main use wet magnetic separation mineral of strong magnetic in weak magnetic field or get rid of mineral of strong magnetic material from non-magnetic material.
The rotate type main use dry magnetic separation mineral of powder which having strong (middle strong) magnetism.

Applications:

1. Used for primary rough concentration, it may reject qualified tailings, increase recovery and reduce load of second-stage grinding
2. For cleaning concentration, it may increase concentrate grade and recovery
3. For high intensity magnetic separation operation, it may remove iron magnetic mineral and prevent block of magnetic materials
4. For recovery of heavy medium in a concentrator
